In our booksection you can find books about ASP, ASP.NET, XML, and related technologies. With
every book you'll find a review and a rating. This means that at least one employee of ASPNL has read these books.
This also means that there are many more books available about the different subjects, because we haven't read every
book. Each book read will be added however.
Check out the reviews of books about the following topics:
- ASP Beginners
- ASP Advanced
- ASP.NET
- Scripting
- XML

XML for ASP.NET Developers
Auteur(s): Dan Wahlin
ASPNL rating: 8.5
This book aims at giving you a good working knowledge on using XML in
ASP.NET. The different objects in the .NET Framework dealing with XML are
described thoroughly and with nice samples. Additional topics like ADO.NET
XML support, SQL Server 2000 and creating webservices are also covered well.
The target audience are developers that have some experience with ASP.NET,
but next to none in XML. This is why about a third of the book covers the
basics of XML (good as reference), which makes the user level indicated on
the back cover (Intermediate to Advanced) a little misleading. Overall this
is a solid book however with a lot of useful information.
